Fundamentals of Academic Reading

At first, I thought that reading is an easy subject since it does not seem to have a lot of practices but after a few months into this subject, I must say that it is one of the hardest subject to score. However, it is a very fun subject especially because our lecturer for this subject is our beloved mentor, Sir Afiq.

Here is my first task in this subject which is Reading Journal 1 and I would say is quite a difficult one since I have not been writing for months after the SPM examination.

This subject helps me a lot especially to identify the main ideas in certain texts. Rather than reading a text blindly without actually finding the main ideas, now I would always look for the main ideas first when I am reading a text.
